  The manager there named Faisal was absolutely awful, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had to stop here because I had to go to Minooka on my way out this morning and boy will I never do that again! He accused me of lying and said the only reason why I called to complain about my morning coffee and flatbread was to get something free. It was such an insult to say that to a paying customer. All I wanted was to have my opinion heard and MAYBE something be corrected for future. Funny thing was that he was the one who offered the refund since I couldn't turned around to come back in to have it corrected instead. However this man took a simple situation and went extremely out of hand by saying horrible things to a customer. I don't know about you guys, but I surely do not want to give my money to a franchisee manager who is going to be rude like that and have an outrageous temper for no reason. The quality in product should not change from one Dunkin Donuts to another, also managers should give a damn if they have unhappy customers and not try to turn it on them. Don't blame other locations saying they are giving special treatment because there is no way that they are. Just own up to your locations mistakes, learn from it, grow from it, and move on. I definitely will not be returning to this location ever and will be staying at the Morris, IL location permanently.
